I am a past licensed general contractor in Washington State and have construction experience dating back to 1964. As Cameo Construction, I gained extensive experience with sub structure and foundation repairs; crawl space water management; pest damage repairs; exterior siding repair and replacement; remodels and additions; HUD 203K restorations; and roofing. I was also a Preferred Contractor for Owens Corning roofing products.

In 1999, I received my formal inspection training and certification through ITA, Inspection Training Associates, a nationally accredited facility in Oceanside, California. Since completing that course, I have been performing home inspections full time with over 4000 inspections to date. I have also passed the National Home Inspectors Examination, NHIE, and met all criteria to qualify me as a Certified Inspector with ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. To stay current, I strive to maintain at least 30 to 40 hours of continuing education every year.
